Daily free paints for PAL GT5 users. Why not US too? :(

Maybe because US is getting the GT Academy?

I feel sad about that. I'm brazillian, but using an US PSN account. (because brazillian PSN wasn't working until some days ago, and its kinda crap right now)
 
I haven't logged in today, but I got paints yesterday.
 
I get my login bonuses when I first wake up at 5am so I usually am too out of it to ever notice what I'm receiving.
 
I haven't been getting a notification about the paints like I have been for the museum cards (btw, yesterday i got 6 museum cards?) but when I check my items, I've got a bunch of new paints. Having had to start over (YLOD for the win) on the same weekend as the update makes it real obvious. I have purchased 3 cars but have over 15 paints.
