I feel like this is such a wasted opportunity. While we get the Roulette ticket from the Daily Marathon without even trying, the prizes tend to be directly related to the amount of Km's (by that I mean ~42 km of driving: receive 3,000-30,000 credits).
But similar to Sport's mileage exchange, it would be nice if players were rewarded for merely driving somehow, for example, receiving 100,000 credits for 1,000 km driven. Obviously this could be exploited by just going round Special Stage Route X, but by the time you reach 1,000 km, you would've already spent some time, which could've been spent in a short race which would've already paid out 100,000.
Regardless, I love to test cars, so in time trial there is no reward. Daily goals would change my approach to GT7.
