Daily limit problem?

Hey guys, I have a daily send limt problem and would like someone to please help.

I sent a car yesturday around like 5pm, it is 9.58am now and i still cant send another? I tired last night at 12am than 1am and now??

Can someone tell me where im going wrong?
 
I have a similar problem. Some months I can glitch 31 cars. Others only 30.

You're trying too early. If you last sent one at around 5:00 PM, you will have to wait until after that time to do it again.

The days should reset at midnight GMT or 7pm EST time I believe.

I'm still 99% certain that's not how it works. I'd just about bet money that it works on twenty-four hours from when you last sent a car. He doesn't then have to wait until midnight GMT or 7:00 PM Eastern but rather until 5:00 PM in whatever timezone he's from. I guess I could go check on this since I last sent one at 5:00 AM Eastern so if it really resets at 7:00 PM eastern I should be able to send one now, and if not then I know it won't reset until late into tomorrow morning.

I was wrong all along. I guess it does reset at a specific time, because it just let me send one at 7:40 PM eastern time, and I sent one at like 5:00 AM or so this morning. I stand corrected.
 
Each region has a specific reset time at 24 hour intervals. For the U.S. that time is 7:00 P.M. eastern.
