Daily Races and Mileage Exchange?

Hi everyone!

Quick question, does anybody know what the change cycle for the Daily's and Mileage Exchange shop items?

In the Mileage Exchange it says the store line-up changes at 17/10 at 0.59 but it hasn't yet changed.
