Above level 20 you can't get anymore 1 and 2*. But after that the stats stop improving according to collector level, which is sad. I've received only 3* last week with 5 and 10k
Bonus points if it's for a car you don't own - and/or a duplicate of the same part you already own. Double bonus if it's a duplicate of the same part you already own for a car you don't own.3 star --> a part which I can't recall now...was worth 5K though - although since we can't sell parts it's actually worthless.
lol...well I own all the cars so in theory I could do something with the parts.
