reset is 8.5 hors from now. I dont know where you are so I cant tell you exactly what time for you. For me it is 7:23 am and reset is at 4:00 pm. You can trade now and then again after reset. only 1 trade of a car or ticket and 5 paint or items per 24 hour period.
Which starts at reset.
