Damage/Regulations in A-spec Races?

Hello,

I tried to search for this here and Google, but I couldn't really find a satisfying answer. I am sure it's been asked before, but anyway...

Is there a way to turn on the damage or regulation in A-spec races in GT Mode? I know you can do this (damage only, I think?) in Arcade mode, but for A-spec races?
