dark screen flickering problems?

Ill be in the middle of a race and the screen will start to flicker between normal and very dark all of a sudden, not so dark so I cant see but enough so its a problem. This has only been happening for 2 days and earlier today it was worse than normal. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

This is more than likely an issue with your TV, rather than GT5. Try playing another game or a DVD/Blu-Ray and see if it still happens. If it does, you might wanna get your TV checked out.

I thought that too, I also thought it might be a connection problem. But it happend on 2 different tv's

I could be the cables running from your Ps3 to your tv, and not the tv itself, I'd make sure the cables are untangled, and not loose.
 
Is there any fix for the. Started having screen flicker issues after the last 2 updates 9/2014.

Hey Dave, are you using a HDMI cable to your Ps3 to your TV because sometimes it will flicker if it is a bad connection.
