Dashboard Warning Light?

I just started the NASCAR A-Spec championship, and I've noticed that the warning triangle on the HUD flashes grey sometimes. Does anyone know what this means? It doesn't seem to correspond to braking or traction, and it only shows up when not flat out on a straight

It means you have a driving aid on, like TCS or ASM which is functioning.
