Dashmeter for console?

Not sure if this has been asked or been updated lately but does anyone know of a dashmeter coming to console or is it just impossible for this type of app to work on console because you still need software on the hardware for it to work. We need something like this for Project Cars.
 
Don't think so unless Sony/Microsoft make one. Unless SMS makes the server part integrated.
It's not impossible at all, it's more a matter of implementation and if the console maker allows it.
