i wonder if we could get a dating forum....soo many threads about gurls/guys that alot of the stuff that we usually talk about (birthdays, clubs ect,ect) is going to page 2..!! AND NOBODY but nobody goes to the 2nd page :p..but on a serious note.. i think it woudl be better to have a dating thread to get flooded ;):odd: :odd: :odd: :odd: :banghead: :banghead: :cool: :trouble: :irked: :mad: :eek: :confused: :) btw i like smilies
 
exactly what i was gonna PM Jordan About. :o.. but not every single GTP member has those problems we only have about 3-5 threads about that but a forum like that would be much appreaciated expecailly me i love givin ppl advice on this stuff.. :D
 
yea... somtimes i have girl problems.... like im REALLY REALLY shy and i hate it. i wish i didnt laugh wround girls that i like or blsh or ny of that crap its pissing me off :p

Maybe we should make an "off topic" "advice" forum..
like.. all kinds of advice... i'm sure to set that as my home forum...... i love to give / recieve advice...

You could be a moderator, but the test for said position is knowing how to properly spell 'maybe.' I'm afraid intense studying is in order.
 
I don't think there would be the demand for it. It's kind of like the Iraq folder. It only got attention for a small time, but after a few weeks of it being empty, I asked Jordan to take it down since it was vacant. I have a feeling this would become vacant much quicker....
 
well sorry, its cool u should see my forums im admin there. there so quiet none says anything becuz they know that theres a good man and he dont want his forums ruined :D

Just like any fad, the "dating" threads will die down eventually. Now if it was to continue over a period of weeks, or even months, I could see us wanting/needing a Dating forum. But I don't think it's necessary right now.
 
i do...i think there is atlest 10 dating threads.. if we have a forum people would be influenced to post there troubles...including me.. i dont want to flood up the rumble strip. :p

Um, you were a mod months before he was... :p

Anyway, I don't think we need a dating forum... it'd get minimal traffic, and it would just wither away in its own uselessness. Granted, I do wish that the Rumble Strip wasn't so cluttered with these threads, but hopefully it'll settle down a bit soon.
 
well we need somting sage...... i dont think the rumble strip should be cluttered... maby an advice forum.. that would strect a LONG range of advice...cars gurls/boys....comp...ect
 
somone who is evil and could close threads amd endi your posts and i think they can ban u ;) actully they havent banned me yet so they aint bad :p

A moderator is someone, appointed by Jordan (or any webmaster of a forum), who has special privileges to, well, moderate a forum. These include being able to move/close/delete threads.

You can identify a mod by the little blue badge next to their username. Jordan and AltF8 have red badges with an "a" on them, standing for "administrator", which gives them full privileges over the entire forum.
 
This is the part where everybody calls me a dumb blonde.

I know who the moderators are and how you determine if they are or not...I just didn't know what a "mod" was...er...now I feel really stupid.
