Day One Edition DLC Region-Locked

Hey guys, I picked up a Day One edition of DR2.0, unfortunately the code for the free DLC is region-locked to the US. It includes the 911 Rally GT, Fiat 131 Abarth, and the Alpine A110. Anyone know how I can use it?
If nothing can be done, I can DM the code to anyone who's interested.

PS4 I presume?

PS4 is region-locked as Sony operates 3 different stores:

• Americas
• Asia
• Europe (and everywhere outside of America/Asia)

Xbox and Steam are region-free.
