Deactivating Consoles (PS3)

I recently bought Crash Team Racing and wanted to download it onto a second PS3, but I keep getting a message about already having five PS3 systems activated with the DLC. I'm not sure what the message means exactly... I'm guessing it means that by simply signing onto another PS3 in the past, that counts as one of five downloads? So how do I reset the counter? And how would that affect my PS3 that I originally downloaded it on?

on the account settings there is an option to activate your console. That should make it a priority over others. Try that. Bar that. Get people who obviously have your account on their ps3 to get rid of them.
