I may be a noob, but I was reading random forums and somebody mentioned buying a X1 at one of the dealers. I can't find it!!! I am only at lvl 26 on A-spec, and 17 on B-spec, knowing full well that I can't buy it yet. But it made me wonder, do certain dealers unlock at certain lvl's? If so, when? Thanks for the help in advance.
 
It appears in the Gran Turismo Dealership at Level 30 A/B-Spec, and can be bought at Level 40 for $20,000,000.

Yes. All other cars are available after Level 24.

Of course, the one in the Dealership can be picked in several different colors, there's also the Sebastian Vettel Version and the Carbon Fibre Prototype Version (must be won from the Sebastian Vettel X Challenge)
