Welcome to Derbiu's corner, where I will post pictures I take from my GT life.
You will find artistic pictures, race photos, weird and funny stuff, tuning and liveries in here. A little bit of everything.

I play GT7 in a realistic roleplay way, that means I try to follow a way of tuning like if I had my own race team/shop. Also some "characters" I emvisioned that will buy, tune and evolve their cars, you will see their progress in here.
Hope you enjoy it!

--First pack of pictures is probably what everyone that owns a car in real life did when started the game: build your own replica ingame. This is my 2001 Nissan Silvia S15 Spec-R Aero, as close as possible to the one I own.

In this last picture we are pleased to have my buddies S15 too! But somehow it looks like a donk.

Recently one of my favourite cars ever showed up in the used car dealership, so had to grab a pair and build my dream car. We are talking about DeTomaso Pantera!

1650273259956.png

1650273269994.png

With Japanaese number plates, this Pantera received a late GT5 bodykit (wish there was the option for early GT5 wide body kit too). Sport exhaust with twin pipes, and the original wheel widened up. Lots of engine mods makes this an NA V8 monster on the streets.
Early versions of this car had the GT5 wing too, tho I ended up ditching it for a more sleek look.

Some laps at a track day event in Tsukuba.

1650273569157.png

The week ended with a nice and chill ride to Hakone. Beautiful touge (mountain pass) with multiples routes, and the beautiful viewpoint at the top of Hakone Skyline. Note, they make a great curry at the restaurant up there! You should try it.

Today post is about my beloved and highly tuned Skyline GT-R BNR32, a.k.a. "Tsukuba dog fighter".

1651072735279.png

This car was one of my first fully tuned build since the game came out. Specially made for that infamous first week daily race event where you could tune your cars (to 600pp I think it was?). Had some trouble with setup but eventually managed to take all the greatness of this car.

1651072931657.png

Later it was transformed into a Tsukuba racer (in real life, cars with very unique style). Sporting a mid mounted spoiler, fully welded rollcage and the latest Rays Volk Racing TE370 in black, this car become one of my main racers for most early-mid events of GT7. Ran Tsukuba at 58.987, and could go faster with a better driver.

Today we celebrate cherry blossom with a new build. A 2017 GT-R with Top Secret bodykit and HKS 4.3 stroker kit. This beast archives 1000 HP easily thanks to the stroker kit and two huge HKS GT1000 turbo kits. Killer sounds with it's full titanium custom made exhaust.

With it's beautiful candy pink paint and 20 inch Volk Racing this beautiful GT-R can either win a show contest and past you at over 300 km/h on the Wangan.

Today we have a road trip with two Wangan monsters! Nara Sugiyama's A80 Supra and Seki Tanaka's BNR34 Skyline GT-R from the Mid Night club.

1651328021214.png

First they met at Shibuya, a popular place for both people and car enthusiast were Saturday nights it's common to meet in front of Shibuya MODI intersection.

1651328184546.png

Later they went to the world-famous Daikoku Futo parking area. They managed to talk with some other friends and share some moments, but like always, police shutted down the parking area at 8 PM.

1651328328118.png

They started the trip driving down the highway system. From Daikoku they took the Yokohane Line Highway, then Tomei Expressway and finally the Ken-O Expressway with directions to Nagano.
1651328596538.png

Like they calculated, they arrived at the little town of Narai-Juku early in the morning, just in time to wake up the entire town with the loud exhaust!
After taking some pictures on the main road, Old Nakasendo, they parked their cars on the parking lot in front of the station and walked the town to enjoy the nature and local delicatessen.

Not much going on lately, busy with work but managed to play around making my friend's Sileighy.

And talking about Silvias, I had this one on the garage waiting for some drifts. Naoki Nakamura replica livery (not by me).

Team Goodsmile Racing Hatsune Miku has joined the ranks.
From the kei car battle series to the ultimate prototype hypercar, they have you sorted out.

Loving the Photomode RP.

Also there's a Miku livery for the Tomahawk that matches the one on the Copen better if you didn't know. Made by Taruto-TOTO.

Thanks. ANd yes I'm aware of that other livery, actually have it saved too but ended up with the pink one, thinks its cuter.

Time to present my drift practice machine: a very trashed Silvia S15.

1653515262956.png

1653515277446.png

What looks like a mess is indeed a bunch of parts coming from different cars, most of them legends in the area of drifting in Japan. Hood and front bumper come from Naoki Nakamura's D1GP S15, right fender and left door replacement from junkyard, and on top of that missing the right rear quarter panel, due to close drifting combat.
Wheels are brand new N Style Valino wrapped in Valino tires.

Scars and damage all around the car tell storys about events, race and battles all around Japan. Typical Meihan fighter.

1653515480144.png

1653515497031.png

The car is a beast at drifting. Very simple yet capable of riding next to the most advance profesional machines. Stock SR20DET engine with just intake and exhaust upgrades, TD06 turbo, big intercooler and straigh pipe exhaust. In total we talking about 400 hp and around 450 torque.
Suspension consist of DG5 coilovers and adjustable arms of different makes, all setup for an aggressive and tactical drifting style.

And last but not least, getting ready for a drift competition at Fuji with the friends.

Today a legend came in. Yuta from A-Team/ Anija Japan showed up on his wild tuned Lamborghini Diablo.

I went for a drive at the Shutoko the other night and something caught my attention when I heard an insanely loud rotary car. This FD3S showed up at Tatsumi PA, and I thought "I know this car". Turns out it was Tomo-chan's FD that blew her engine some time ago. What was my surprise when they told me they built a four rotor engine! The mad lads, they did it.

1657466277490.png

This FD, still rocking very simple aero and no huge wide body kit, has now for rotor rotary doing around 600 horsepower to the wheels. Owner told me it was a beast and they were still dealing gearbox and suspension issues, since they basically had to grip at all even running 265 wide semi slick tires on the rear.

1657466451722.png

The only exterior changes were a full repaint in candy blue and a noticeable spoiler support height. Testing at Tsukuba circuit showed this car can easily run 1 minute runs, beeing the fastest 1:00:528. With the final tweaks and a pro driver this car will run below one minute mark, and is still an street machine.

1657466612824.png

The goal of this car is to be a show-winner machine while still be able to run serious track days and take trips around Japan. Although with the gas prices of now, I would suggest taking trips with some eco car!

After some time absent I decided to enter a Tsukuba event for modified 4WD cars. Sadly my purposely built R32 was too much for the event and officials urged me to enter with a more "casual" car. Only one at the shop at the moment was the wangan monster R34 from my customer. After some calls he accepted lending it to me, in that way I could also test the new improves.

I was very surprised by the high tuned cars that day showed up. Modern tuned cars are scary, like they say.
Qulification time wasn't that good and started at number 6th position.

After a slow start I managed to gain some pace and overtake some other cars. Always carefull since this wasn't my car and has a 5k paint job! Exacly what you would expect from a Shinagawa number 1 plate.

After some laps managed to catch the lead, Mr. Ito and his demo car R33. He was leading the pack with a light rhytim but the moment I was behind he pushed even harder, leaving me with no opportunity to attack. Anyway a second place was more than good enough.

But I still think this car shines the most on the streets. Always love going back home from the race track on a Sunday late night.
