Decals causing game to force close app??

I keep getting Error code CE-34878-0 whenever I try to access personal decals I’ve uploaded. Also I can’t access mypage on the Gran-Turismo website, it’s just completely blank so I can not get to the decals that may be causing a issue so I can delete them.
 
Figured out that one or more of the decals I uploaded was most likely corrupted and affected the gran-turismo.com website which in turn affected the game and gave me a false error code when I tried to access my decals. Finally was able to delete from the website which fixed my in game issues as well.
