Decals Software Free Download

I have been using Inkscape from https://inkscape.org; you need to be able to use any graphic software to understand all it's functions but it really does the job 100% even made new decals for Viper SRT GT3-R. Lots of Help available to get to know all it does. Please make a small donation to them because it is free and really works so well.
