Deep Forest Raceway... AE86

Is there anyone out there that knows Deep Forest really well? My lap times are as follows: AE86 - 1:49, FC - 1:41... I thought these times seems kind of slow and I just wanted to know what kind of time is possible with drifting. I use the low HP Sim tires set-up. My Trueno has about 180-200 HP and my Shigeno version has about 230. I use NA instead of Turbo because people said it is easier to control without turbo. For some reason, the normal AE86 is much easier to control than the S.S. version!
Also, that first turn in Deep Forest I particularly hate. I enter at about 65 MPH and exit at about 13 MPH... kind f slow or on the right track? I'd say I'm mostly exhibition drifting because I use Sim tires... I also use the Dualshock 2 and not a wheel. Anyway, please post your car, HP, tires, map and times!

My cars fully power trueno S.S. super soft. My drift time there on deep forest is 1:16’s but pulling speed dift and racing seriously is 1:9’s to 10’s yep that’s all well peace outs

I'd really like to see this speed drift of yours.
Now some calculations. To achieve a time around 1:10 in deep forest, you need an average speed of 185km/h
In Midfield to get 1:10 you need also the same speed to get this time. 1:16 on deep forest is acceptable and so is 1:10 in midfield.

Midfield : 3550m straight length : 930m
Deep forest : 3580m straight length:780m

On midfield the average speed of 185km/h can be achieved with a trueno S.S fully tuned.

But i think everyone would agree that deep forest is a lot slower track than midfield. You can't tackle corners at the same speed as in midfield, seriously. I'd say the average speed lowers down to around170km/h which leads to a total time of 1:16.

Knowing akina_86-peaceout-dude. I'd say his response will be quite hostile, totally inunderstandable and simply, full of bull.

So rather than pissing off, just prove the deeds behind your words. Simply put: Mail me a screenshot and i'll congratulate you and admit that i'm wrong.

I have to disagree with you here huzba, after 10 laps I easily managed a 1:12 on deep forest in the SS Trueno, and I’m not that fast. So after a few hundred laps 1:09's are most likely possible.

Sometimes akina doesn’t make sense, but I don’t think he would lie. Still... a screenshot would be nice.
