if any of you remember i was dissapointed in febuary when i wasnt able to see deep purple in toronto...well now theyre coming again and playing a bigger venue and im going :D

theyre coming on august 22nd or 21st for anyone whos intrested in seeing them in toronto....thin lizzy and joe satriani :bowdown: are opening for them at the molson amphitheatre...tickets start tomorrow but i got mine in the presale today 11th row :D
 
I'm very seriously considering going if I can convince some of my friends to go. My primary reason to go is to see Joe in action. Deep Purple is just an added bonus for me :P. If they don't go with me, mind if I tag along with you? If I do tag along with you, have fun - this'd be my first experience at a concert.

I soooo desparately wanted to see Van Halen live but the tickets are too damn expensive. Nobody I know is interested.
 
if your gunna see them in toronto you better get your tickets as soon as they go on sale because the presale sold out very quickly

my friend is going to go see van halen in toronto but i didnt wanna fork up the cash to go see them....im saiving for when ac dc goes on their world tour

Same here, I really wanted to see VH but 85 dollar tickets before service charges... you'd end up paying well over 200 just for 2 people in the nosebleed section. I hope AC/DC isn't very expensive since I want to take my cousin to see them with me since he is a huge fan of AC/DC.

Oh well, Rush is going to put on a great show on the 22nd (something I can afford to see :D )!
