Deep Steel Blue paint chip

I don't know if this paint chip exists, because I couldn't find it on any American cars in the dealership. If it exists, will someone trade it to me? I'll give you Level 24 Ticket in return (I already have everything in the ticket, so it's not needed for me). PM me your username and I'll add you and send the ticket once I get the paint.

There's a number of steel blue varieties, but the one you specify doesn't appear to be an option.
