Isn't philosophy just great. The entire subject is just based on asking more questions in reply to other questions. So in the end your questioning the questions that you questioned in an earlier question.

Is American obesity down to the missing out of u in colour, flavour and not writing 'y' but a lazy 'i' instead. If it's just say 5 calories a day on typing/writing the letter 'u' and 'y' and then you multiply that by 365 that's 1895. Multiply that by 20 you get 36500 calories and a fat 20 yr old.

Now, everyone describe the colour red.

The color red is like orange if yellow didn't exist.

Interesting, interesting. So it's not bad at all, really.

So what do your parents do that you live there?

Well, to be honest...it sucks, you can't fart without someone on the other side of town telling you it stinks (not literally, but you get the idea). My parents are Second hand/Antique dealers with a shop in Strathalbyn, and I have just moved back in with them after a spell elsewhere, in a bigger, yet just as crappy place called the Riverland.

I still remember Old Man Jones, who used to go out into his backyard and pick pears to put on his apple tree. Every day I'd come out my front door to go to school and I'd see Old Man Jones out there screaming to himself, "Pears on an apple tree. Hoo-haa! Hoo-haa!" But then I had to get to school.

I spoke to the ground one day and it spoke back to me, "Be quiet, I'm trying to sleep." Ha, lazy dirt.

I'd rather be smart than poor.

A fun thing to do is to call up your neighbor and start speaking in a foreign language and then just as he's about to hang up say, "Oh, sorry, I thought I was calling my other neighbor."

Before reading the rest of the thread I'm going to ask, Demetri Martin?

I think it'd be so much fun! You'd know everyone in town, everyone would be jovial and happy... it'd be like a big playground!

You think wrong

Now, everyone describe the colour red.

Red is like the moon, dipped into a pure emotion and smothered in sweet suffering.

red is the primary colour that is not blue, nor yellow.

Girl Scouts come to your door with just one box of cookies, and ask, "Would you like to purchase some Girl Scout Cookies?" I say, "Sure, what kind are those?" And she goes, "Oh, no, these aren't for sale. You order, pay for them now, and get them later." Well, that didn't sound like a good deal to me, so I grabbed her box of cookies, ate them and said, "I ate them now, but will pay you later for them. That's sounds like a better deal to me." Then, she ran away crying. Girl Scouts are silly.

I sometimes invite guests over to my house for a BBQ steak dinner. When I pour the charcoal in the BBQ, I take a bit of the charcoal dust and make an Adolph Hitler mustache and then march around ranting like Hitler. I then pretend the steaks are Jews, and toss them on the BBQ. My guests are so appalled at my behavior, they leave. I then have a platter of BBQued steaks all to myself. Smart, huh?

 Too bad the awards are over. You would have surely won best quote.

What is a primarly color? Why are these three colors primary? And why do computers and light use red, blue, and green? I'm not just asking why, but why?

What would happen if someone grew up thinking that red was blue, and vice versa? Would there be any way to prove to them that the opposite was true? Sure, you could show them the specific waves and charts and numbers that prove blue is blue to "normal" people, but to this person that wouldn't mean a thing. I can't see any way to prove to them that red is red, because they call it blue.

Do all people see colors the same way? Or have they all just been taught that some stuff is called orange and other things are called purple? I mean, the colors could be totally different, but if the name is the same then there's no argument to be made.

I'm sick. The worst diahhrea of my life. Did my aunt spike my milk with something? Because It started only ten minutes after dinner. Or maybe it was those six donuts I ate last night? Man, they were good. My aunt wouldn't do that to me, would she?

I think a great thing to do is to freeze apples and then throw them at old people all the while yelling, "Hey, how do you like them apples, Mr. Johnston?" It's great because they don't expect to get hit by a frozen apple and because old people are going to die anyway. Also, I like apple sauce.

My grandfather was a very wise man. As I was growing up, he used to impart bits of wisdom on me to help me on my path through life.

One day, he said to me, "Be sure to marry a woman with small hands." When I asked him why, he said, "Because it makes your d**k look bigger"

I'm not convinced this thread is going anywhere. Sorry, but I think Doug nailed it back on page one.
