Default RAZR password?

I'm trying to figure out my unlock code so I can restrict calls but I don't know my unlock code nor do I remember even setting an unlock code when I got the phone. Does Motorola have a default code that would be it? I'd like to know because none of the manuals are telling me anything. I've tried the obvious ones like 1234 9876 1111 0000, stuff like that and says it's incorrect.
