The famous yellow three-wheeler van that starred in Only Fools And Horses has been sold for an astonishing £44,227 at auction.
The Reliant Regal, complete with its Trotters Independent Trading Co sign-writing, went for more than double its estimated price at the Coys auction in London yesterday. It was bought by classic car collector Phillip Walker, who said he planned to keep it in running order.
Other star cars at the auction included a 1966 Batmobile, built by legendary custom carmaker George Barris for a promotional tour, which sold for £119,100, and a Lamborghini Countach owned by Bee Gee Barry Gibb, which sold for £63,000.
