No, I don't think deleting the FGT that you purchased will allow you to re-purchase another FGT. Do you have a recent backup save? You could reload your gamesave from yesterday if that was before you purchased the FGT. Otherwise, you will just have to wait for the UCD or Online dealership to cycle around again to another FGT.
