PD has blocked the trading of more than 1 a day way back in late December. Last week, they blocked the ability to trade to just 1 per PS3 (used to be 1 per account).

I'm guessing because you didn't know about the one car per day limit? Even without the limit, asking for 20 cars in exchange for just one paint chip is still pretty insane. The going rate for paint is around 5 chips for 1 car.

Well since we're talking about the value of a paint chip I think it's OK for me to mention I give them away for nothing (although that deal is currently suspended, it will return in the future).

You guys should dip your toes into the paint trading thread once in awhile.
