Hey everyone,
I've got a rather annoying problem in GT5... I tried google'ing about it, but I can't seem to find anyone with a similar problem. So I was hoping to find some help on this GT-dedicated forum.
I reached level 40 in A-spec a few days ago and so all that was left for me was getting all golds.
I raced one of the seasonal event races over and over to reach level 40. The Nurburgring race in A-spec challenge 4. Never had any problems.
Then last night as I was going for all the golds I manage to get one and it takes me to the XP and money reward screens like normal. (I'm already at max on both, so it doesn't actually give anything.)
But when I return to the main menu I notice my level is back at 33!!! 👎 Of course the game auto-saves so I'm basically screwed. I have a back-up save on cloud storage where I'm early in my 39th level. I tried one race to check, same thing, it de-leveled me...
Don't know if it matters, but it was the first time being awarded XP with the latest patch and the first time since I reached level 40.
Not sure if anyone knows what's up? I don't really have to get back up to 40, but after all the work I went through I really want my level 40.
You could use a save editor to move the level back up.Ah ****, really?I haven't used one, but if that's the only way this happens, then I already know who probably has... So much for letting family play on my PS3. 👎
