Deluxe Edition Input?

Any input as to worth the extra $ for the deluxe vs standard edition? Taking into account, I have no need to spend the extra for items that I can get with some time spent on the game, interested in what others think.

As for inputs for the deluxe edition, a number of options are available.

You can use a DualShock controller, or a wheel if you prefer. You can also use a keyboard to send messages.
