Demo content that never made it!

When a game producer launches a demo of their game, sometimes there may be content programed that never make it to the full version of the game. However, the demo content can come in three different types. The first is that you can play with this content. The second is that you can only see or go against this content. And the third, you can not play with it or go against it, there is just a referene to the content in question. So what game demo's do you know that had content that never made it into the full version of the game. I'm going to be a party pooper and steal the most well known one. In the official Gran Turismo 2 demo, you could view some of the car dealerships. When you went to look at the "New Car" section in the Ford dealership, there was a Ford Escort 1.6 L Ghia. This though was the third content I was talking about. You can't look at it, or play with it, there is just a refrence. However, werever Polyphony Digital did actually model this car at all and then decided to scrap it remains a mystrey!

Thats one car I really wanted to drive in GT2 after seeing it in the demo, I was miffed when it wasnt there..

I had the demo, but not the official one. When you tried to view the Gran Turismo mode it worked but, when ever you moved the arrow, it moved, but it left an arrow shadow there. So if you moved it enough times, you'd have a screen full of arrows. And this brings me onto something else. I remember now that GT1 was never my first proper racing game, it was the GT2 demo. Before that I only had Wacky Races!

Rock Band was demonstrated with Killing in the Name of, but was not included in the release.
