Dex Drive versus XP

Do they get along?

I recently discovered i've lost my GT1 games.. id just live with it but i also saw a dex on ebay pretty cheap so i thought it could solve that problem for me. (assuming someone with a dex is still alive )

but:
will it work on XP?
&
am i right in thinking you just plug your ps1 mem card into the dex itself? so it doesn't matter that my ps1 is rooted

Part1: I have XP and most things work I would go for it, but I'm not for certain.

Part2: Yes, I looked at a website about it on google and thats what it said.

Dex-Drive is for Ps1, so it will not work with Ps2 stuff, as is the X-port will not load Ps1 game saves.

Yes, and so is the DexDrive. Even though the DexDrive doesn't say it.

Maybe you could PM the OP and ask for a clarification of which XP is being discussed? X-Port or WinXP.
But, then again, the OP may no longer care.

ok then try this one i have windows me and a dex drive however my dex drive will not work with my windows program any idea if there is an upgrade or something to make it work? the dex drive disk says for windows 95/98 i figured it would work but i keep getting an error it wont install the program
