Hey guys i use the driving force pro steering wheel and peddals

i was wondering what setups youse find the best to drive with on gt5..

i am currently using the 250 degree mode i think it is , i dont know what it is about the 900 degree mode but i seem to spin out alot is thier an advantage over using 900 degree to 250 degree??? And if so what tips did youse find to help adjust to the 900degree mode?

should thier be settings i should be applying in the ps3 menu or the gt5 menu to make the most out of this wheel at 900 degree mode?

Turning down the force feed back is the only setting you need after the button config set up for the real time adjust enabled menus.

Dpad up/down = RTA factor selector
Square - circle = RTA adjust
X = RTA menu select
D-pad left - right = view switch left/right

Gear lever invert/normal.

DFP does not have any settings for pedals, only the degrees, and only the 900 to 200 mode switch. Which was 180 mode when launched on DFP other wheels have 200 acrade mode.

When in 180 arcade mode the steering wheel moves the menus and Dead zone of the wheel is massive, unlike 900 mode.

DFP Modes
180 mode should be considered DS3 emulator mode.
900 is native Wheel support mode.

Thats it I think.
Practice will get you better.

thanks mate =) ill try it out and thanks for the info on the degree modes never knew what real difference was in them, been doing some practise and in 900 degre mode its not turning as much but getting better lap times, maybe in 180 mode it was alot of understeer from to much turning?,

I tried once to drive with the 200 degree setting and it was disgusting. A wheel exists in order to allow tiny movement-correction to help you control powerful machines.Personally, I use the setting of 900 degrees and I have seen that every car has it's own feedback strength. For instance F1GT is very heavy, Z06RM is light, AEM S2000 is somewhat heavier, EvoVII GSR is medium-weighted from the ascept of the feedback's strength level. I drove them today and for 10 laps at least for each of them so I am sure about this. Nice job PD. I'd like to have G25, G27 or Fanatec's GT3RS of course, but job is done with DFP too.
