Hello, I'm looking for a valid pedals to put instead of the DFGT pedals. I'm thinking about G27/G25 pedals but I don't know if it is possible to combine those parts (DFGT wheels+g27 pedals). For example, in G27 pedals there is a clutch pedal and I don't know if this is compatible with DFGT standard wheel. What do you think about?

I'm not sure about the actual question, but I remember people modifying the standard DFGT pedals. I have a DFGT and the pedals are the only bad thing about it.

Which type of modify?

Homemade type. Elastic bands and stuff.
Sounds rubbish I know but I remember people had great success with it.
I can't remember where I found the tread, but it was somewhere on the site. If someone could provide info that would be great. 👍

You can also do the spring mod on the pedals. Just open them up and bend the springs out a bit. It'll stiffen the pedals a lot.

I haven't tried this myself so here's a you-tube video showing how to wire G25/G27 pedals to DFGT.
No the clutch won't work with the DFGT. The only way to use a clutch with the DFGT is on the PC with the pedals plug-in by USB which reads as a second controller.

Well, seeing as I have my original DFGT and a spare set of G25 pedals that a friend of mine sent me Ive just tried the above.

Unfortunately its not gone well so far. Ive followed this video and double checked everything and as soon as the pedals are plugged in I loose all power to the wheel. Unplug the pedals and power returns.

I'm just going to check to see if I've done something really stupid but I dont think so, its very straight forward. Unless this video is a load of balls and Im a fool to believe it

Anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it

2 bungee cords with different resistance worked for my DFP pedals while i was using that wheel. its the same as the DFGT pedals. just have to test out what resistance works for you. easiest mod to do and give me some semi decent resistance fro the stock flimsy pedals. ive since upgraded to a g27 with nixim2 modded pedals and i will never look back

Just double checked everything. Culprit was a broken red wire on the clutch pedal.

Got to test properly but its working now.

I really like my DFGT and now to be able to run it with G25 pedals, Im a happy man

I tested this G25 Pedal with DFGT mod last night and it works perfectly, well pleased my DFGT has the pedals it deserves.

Im surprised its not been mentioned here before, well I couldnt find it mentioned anyway

Did you leave the stock pedal positions or move the brake into clutch housing? Since you don't need the clutch, you could swap them and move the pedals faces closer on their slots in the uprights. I don't know if they would function if the clutch wasn't connected at all though.

Yeah I left them for now.

You could swap the pedals around if you wanted to spread them out. You could remove the clutch altogether however the wiring is crucial to how this works so not sure what you would need in its place.

I find the pedal locations good as they are.
