Hello,

I've made a DIY sim-rig (case) earlier this year and I want to improve the realism with vibrations in my go-kart seat. Today I found an old DualShock controller and took the 2 vibration-engines out of the controller.

The heavy engine I want to place this at the bottom of the seat. The smaller engine, with less weight, I want to place it between my shoulders, at the top of the go-kart seat.

BUt now the real question:

Does someone know where I can find the 'vibrator' in the DFGT (really odd question for a female, isn't it )? Is it in the steering wheel, or in the holder/main unit ? Where do I find it the electronics on the mainboard?

I know, there are solutions like Buttkicker, but first I want to try this and hopefully I find a cheaper way to shake above the curbstones :nervous:

There is no separate vibration motor in the DFGT, all feedback and vibration is provided by the main motor.

Okay, thank you for this answer, helping me to stop searching for seperate parts ;)

But there should be somewhere on the mainboard a part that 'drives' the shaky steeringwheel while racing through grass hand other parts of the track where I shouldn't be? :D
