DFGT questions

Long story short I managed to lose my power cable for my DFGT. Since then the steering on it hasn't been working at all in any game. I am wondering if it needs power for the steering to function.

If it does need power to work would this power cable work for it? I'm assuming it would due to it being 24V 1A but it never hurts to make sure.

The steering wheel would work without the power the ac adapter is just to power the forcefeedback motor
Now i'm not sure about that ac but it looks like it should work since the Volts match up and the plug is thesame to what the wheel uses

I'm a bit late but it turns out not having power is the issue. I brought a new power supply for it and its working as normal. Now only if I brought one with a longer cable...
