I just revived my DFGT(Driving Force GT) and I am trying to drift. Is it possible to turn off the real driving sim thing?

(AKA: Force feedback, although you obviously didn't know that when you wrote the post, that's OK. :))

As for the answer, your post isn't clear enough. What games are you playing? If you're playing GT4/GT5, you can turn Force Feedback off in the options section, it shouldn't be hard to find. If you're playing a different game, you may need to use a program to turn off Force Feedback, or, if you want to get savvy and permanently remove FF, you can open up the wheel and cut the wires running to the FF motors, though I do not recommend this at all. If you are wanting to do that, make sure to ask people who know first.

AFAIK, you can completely disable FFB, at least for the G27, if you just unplugged the power, but still kept the USB connected to the PS3.

Yep works, did it myself.

So if you don't want FFB (Force Feedback) just plug it out.

The issue with the removal of the power is you have to manually point the wheels straight again.

But if you want the steering wheel to set the wheels straight you will have to find the option to disable feedback.
