Didn't see anyone with this issue so here goes.
When I boot up GT4, the DFP wheel calibrates as the credit screens are displayed, but at no point does pressing the Start button have any effect. In other words, I can't get to the main game screen. However, if I disconnect the DFP USB from my PS2 and plug it back in, the wheel calibrates again, and then everything is fine. Any ideas? BTW, using a PS2 controller does not create this issue.
