as in... an instructional video on how it's done where you can see the actual person at the wheel? or just any videos where the steering wheel display is shown on-screen?
In addition to FBI's drifting for Pro videos, you might want to check out:
Mr Deap's Videos - he shows himself at the wheel just as FBI does in some of their videos.
...I remember that there were also some videos made my Ryen49 and BreakerOhio about 2 years ago shortly after GT4 came out. You could probably search for them and see if they're of any use. they might be a bit dated by now though.
As for videos with the wheel display, there are hundreds. You might want to start by checking the Drift Video Forum. Any number of member's vids may have the wheel shown.

I find it better to watch the videos with the Chase Cam + Display format like they do on the competition videos. That gives you a lot of information than a video of someone using the DFP. (Unless you were looking to buy a DFP and just wanted to see it in action. ) The display mode should show all the information needed such as Brake, Gas, Wheel rotation, and most importantly e-brake. It's kinda hard to see these unless they have a separate handbrake lever or boost button. For PIP videos, there is also the possiblility for a missynched video which will result in a seemingly delayed/faster input from the DFP.👍 👍
