It's possible your wheel lost it's firmware update (mine did). If reloading from Thrustmaster website, make sure you use the REAR USB ports on your PC. It made all the difference for me. Hope you get this fixed, driving with this wheel is a blast. P.S. you will like the TH8RS.

I would take the wheel back tithe place you bought it and exchange it. If they won't do that,then start a case with thrustmaster customer service.
