Diablo 3 is comming

I played Diablo 2 a lot... Diablo 3 should be awesome!

Although, after having a good look at WoW online the other day I'm hoping the community isn't going to be the same... Lots of people are stupid and arrogant and aren't worth the hassle. Hopefully Diablo 3 won't be as sophisticated and will continue on the road Diablo 2 follows. 👍

Edit: After watching the video preview it does look like it's just an advancement over the other games. 👍👍
 
I'll download the video tonight, but if it's anything like Diablo 2, I bet I'm going to lose a good 4 years of my life again....
 
bump. plenty of Diablo III news out today, including, using real money in Auction Houses, requirements of persistent online connection, still no ETA for beta test. My guesstimate = Late February 2012 for official release. Diablo III will be the only game that will knock me off the GT5 chair for sometime to come.
 
A DIII thread? Makes me wonder why I never bothered to check whether there was one.

Because, franky, I'll be friggin' addicted. Again. If there's anything in the gaming world that's going to get me away from the racing genre, it's going to be Blizzard's games. Diablo II and World of Warcraft consumed a naasty amount of time, and I suspect that Diablo III will be no different.

I'm getting all tingly just by thinking about smashing face with a Barb.

Also, this ssupposedly leaked launch schedule shows that Bliazzed 'plans' on releasing DIII by the end of 2011.

While I doubt that, a release in early 2012 seems likely. Maybe they'll start the DIII beta at the end of 2011...
 
So, I'll revive this thread, I guess :lol:

The Diablo III beta has indeed started and a few magazins already played the beta - so, as I assumed, a release in late 2011 seems kinda unlikely, as I can't see Blizzard only beta testing DIII for a month or two - but early 2012 seems like a safe bet.
 
Can't wait. My free time will be dedicated almost exclusively to this game. I know I played the hell out of the first two.

As much as I love sim racing games, Diablo is probably going to be the game for me - probably for another five years or so, if Diablo II is anything to go by...
