Coupla things I forgot (first OLR Jitters!)

Pokealong takes "Fast Lap" honors with a 1'07.703 & he also had the Largest posted "Winning Margin" with +18.432 seconds over the 787B.

Reported "Pit Strategy" was "Varied" to say the least. Posted stops were on laps 1, 4, 5, 7, 9 & the "Coup de Gras" Lap 10 & I had several shots at a 2/8 strategy as well but didn't use it in the end. Had fun & learned a LOT. Hope you all did as well...UB57

BTW: "Pokies" settings are playing "Havoc" w/my "Close Race" concept. When I posted Race #1 I was running 12'06.xxx on T4s & end up running just under 12' on T2s !!! Have already taken 9+ seconds off at Tokyo, where my previous "Margin of Victory" was only 00.063 seconds on T4s!!! But seriously: Thanx "Pokie" 👍

Geez UBeee, didn't mean to be screwing things up for ya Just thinking out loud here, but have you thought of adding a tire "handicap" to the series points leader? You could give he/she a compund or two harder than the rest, or softer that would require an additional pit stop. At ~25 seconds time lost per Pit stop, that may be the answer itself.

Actually I've been "Toying" with that idea for a future challenge. However, due to R/L obligations I don't think I'd have time to impliment it "Fairly" in this series. Hope I'm not being too paranoid about the races NOT being challenging enough for the Fast Guys??? I put "Tons" of time into testing w/a set-up I was very happy with as I'd only really run it once in an Enduro @ GVR. The "Simple Solution" would be to take out some more HP, but I've invited a couple of Great Racers who don't yet have a Sharkport to join us. I "doctored" their cards & returned them so it's not possible for them to "Lose" any more. Always open to suggestions...UB57

Wow. Indeed I must.

Amazing job by you top three, and congrats to my fellow group runners. Those were some packed up times between idafc, ub57 and I. (although ub still took the lead by a safe margin. good job bro.)

Way to hang in there and get the time to run for those who managed to finish the race. I hope everyone managed to finish their race in first place.

Ummm...What's up with Slowpoke's replay? should it be an Sps file instead of an xps?

If he's using the newer version NTSC Xport, then the file shows up with the .xps extension.

Now, I'm not 100% positive, but I don't think you need to convert the file to .sps in order to be able to watch the replay.

Then again, I could be horribly wrong.

Slowpoke's file was .xps . If you have a sharkport just rename the file with .sps at the end. It works every time.

Yep, just edited the file to read as an SPS and it loaded fine. Gah! unreal.

I think it's time to build my GT paradise. The wife gave me a small corner of a walk in closet to sit a chair, PS2, TV, Laptop and Wheel. Now to afford everything, and run the wireless set-up to the laptop from the net and I'm in Racing heaven. That way I can practice all I want.

Very sorry for the delay, but a "Morning Only" Real Life priority turned into an "All Day" deal.

Der Alta's replay looks a little like NASCAR on a "Short Track" ( & NO I Am NOT a NASCAR Fan!) But all collisions were initiated by the AI, so his tome is GOOD! Let's all get back to work on Week #2 👍...UB57
