Pokealong takes "Fast Lap" honors AGAIN with a 1'30.190  & he also had the Largest posted "Margin of Victory" with +49.469 seconds (That's MORE than 1/2 Lap!) over the Denso-Sard Supra.

Reported "Pit Strategy" was mostly a Lap #8 stop with only one driver stopping on Lap #7 & one on Lap #10.
TOTAL POINTS will be Posted AFTER Race #3...UB57

Well thats something else alright. With a gap like that, it really is a suprise when thinking of the 23 minutes leading up to the finish.

Racing well done everyone.

My margin of victory was 0.634 seconds.

Hit the last time check with 1.2 or so, and knew that the final corner would make or break my win.

Nothing like sweating a 23 minute race with every thing decided on the last corner.

Nice run Bob!

Congrats to Slowpoke!    GoKent just got me in the end. :banghead: I'll get you next time.
Good runs by all!!!

Der Alta had the kind of finish I was looking for!!!👍 Pre "Pokie Settings" I had SEVERAL Close finishes while testing for this race. My closest was a 24'13.xxx time which yielded a 0.063 SECOND win!!! I'm VERY Happy at least ONE of us found a "Super Close" finish!!! 👍...UB57

Have a GREAT "Turkey Day" Y'ALL ;)

Now on to Trial Mountain, and the wheel! **shudder**

Pokie, I'm amazed at how well, and more importantly, how consistently you run. Excellent work, everybody!

Life didn't give me much chance to run this more than once; hopefully I'll get a few more turns 'round the Mountain.

Well I'm not surprised.. Pokealong is one of the most consistant drivers I've ever seen. Rick, are really going to use the wheel??
When I first started using mine, I decided to stick with it and not ever use the pad again. 10 months later, I still haven't used the D-pad.

Man... I am strictly d-pad. Don't own a wheel, don't think I ever will.

But my ds2 works fine (most of the time) and when it doesn't theres nothing like a ds1 to get you back in the game. :D
