Did anyone pre-order from Gamestop UK? (Help!)

I did, but only the day before release, however the listing still had the pre-order bonuses of the "standard" anniversary cars, a handful more and 90 days PS+ membership.

As the game was a present from my Dad, when it arrived I took it out of the padded envelope and gave it to him, still shrinkwrapped, to give to me on the 25th. Anyway it's only just occurred to me (duh) that I've seen no redemption details at all for the bonus content, so if anyone else pre-ordered from Gamestop, was there a coupon in the packaging, or shrinkwrapped in the game box? At least then I kinda know where to look, though I think I am out of luck.

You are not alone - there are at least two threads on this site full of complaints about this issue. The issue being that GameStop (UK and Ireland) just did not honour their commitments. If you ordered online, email them, citing your consumer rights. If you preordered it in a shop, just go back and complain.

I preordered my copy in a shop in Dublin and the staff did not know about any of the DLC packs until I showed them a printout from their website, which advertised the various offers. They then printed out the correct codes for me.

I am still waiting for them to send me my codes after much complaining to them, I have not had a single reply and apparently my complaint request is still in a queue.

I opened a paypal dispute about this two weeks after release day and have escalated the claim on Monday, they now have 8 days left to either send a reply with my codes or authorize a refund otherwise paypal will give me my money back anyway, the end result to that is my copy of GT6 will have cost me nothing.

I will use a little of the cash [if this does end with getting the cash back] to buy the codes I am missing from eBay.
