Did lag made this driver look dirty ?

At the time from inside the car it looked like he pushed me off on purpose. It was near the end of the race but we had a fair fight up till then and swapped position couple times already without issues. Looking at the replay from the oustide it looks like he lagged. Looks like lag slowed him then i pull alongside and then lag disapears and he is suddenly where i am at. What do you think ?

 
Its pretty obvious that it was lag... open and shut case.
