Didn't get my 2,000,000 credit for delux edition

Maybe I'm missing something, but I got all my pre order bonuses and all my deluxe edition bonuses but not my 2mil in game credit.

background info:

beta test player
transferred save game from beta including some credits I accumulated there
pre ordered from playstation store

I live chatted with a rep today, they said the store does weekly maintenance, and my account or game will update to deluxe/pre order status. This maintenance has been complete now for hours according to the times he gave me, and still nothing.

I have "gran turismo sport - deluxe edition pre order" sitting in my download list, when I click "download to my ps4" nothing happens"

Any tips?
 
Restore licenses on the PlayStation console should be under account management. If that doesn't work go into I think service list or purchase history or something like that find your GT Sport digital deluxe and it should show the credits have a look to see if it's been used.
 
hmm interesting... man I thought that was sure to work, but still same situation. I looked in account settings on ps store, media, all liscences for gt sport. looks like all the many items that come with the game are "used" with none remaining for use, except for the 500,000 and 2,000,000 credit bonuses. they both say "remaining 1"

they show in my services list on the ps4 as well. showing as unused.

You're already one step better than me. I also pre-ordered the deluxe bundle, but I only received my Open Beta cars & credits. None of the pre-order bonus cars or credits was assigned to me. I've sent a query to the UK PSN team via the South African support network, but only expect a response in about 6-8 working days.
 
ouch, that's rough. I wonder if re installing the game would do anything. gonna chat with stevie sony today to get an answr. will keep you posted if I find out anything.

Thanks, I will appreciate it. When I go to the PSN Webstore it shows that I only own the basic version, but my original purchase order clearly confirms that I paid for the Deluxe version. Even if I were to purchase the Deluxe Version all over again I cannot because when I click on the Deluxe Version purchase button I get a popup informing me that I cannot purchase this version as I already own the basic version. Because my PS4 is setup to automatically download update content it automatically initiated the game download without my influence, and it was already over halfway into the process when I got the machine. It is as if the auto-download process erroneously chose the incorrect product to download.
 
interesting, well you have confirmation of the deluxe purchase, so I'm sure they have the power to revoke that license and issue you a deluxe one to start over again. I just got done chatting with a rep on my issue, they suggested deleting and reinstalling the game... this gonna take a while

It would seem my issue has been resolved. When I tried logging into the Webstore on the PSN on my home PC this evening (access mentioned in my previous post was from my work PC), I got a pop-up with an "access denied to the PSN server from this IP" message. After powering down my PS4 & ADSL router and restarting after 10 minutes (needed for my ISP to issue a new IP address), I could once more login to the Webstore on my PC. Upon powering up the PS4 and starting up Gran-Turismo Sport an in-game message popped-up informing me of the Deluxe content added to my game.
 
I've thrown all of the 2Mil on a Veyron

Make sure you are playing the game with the same account with which you purchased the delux edition.
 
unreal.. 4 days of dealing with sony's lame customer service bot-people and still no solution. theyre all stumped, we tried every thing they have for me to try, re initialed the whole ps4 even, still wont work. the 500,000 and 2,000,000 licenses are still sitting in my services, showing unused. the game just wont take them. one of the agents suggested this is because I didn't delete the beta before installing the full game. I highly doubt this would cause the problem, and if so, there must be millions of people that did the same thing.
or maybe it has to do with the beta progress carry over confirmation, but same thing, would be tons of ppl with the issue.

It's nothing to do with the Beta.

Does your game/preorder bonus region match the region of the account you're trying to use them with?

Yeah of course. Same ps4 console, same ps store account I always use for a year now.

I live in Canada, I buy all my games from playstationstore.com, there's never been any issues in the past.
My ps4 is the primary ps4 on the account, and all my games are on the same user id which is also the primary.
