The footnotes on the two subforums should speak for themselves:
GT6 Racing Series: "Compete in multi-race series."
GT6 Clubs & Leagues: "Join a club or league to take part in themed races and fun events."
It's really up to you and will depend on what kind of racing you're providing. Have a good look at the other threads that are already in each area, and decide which area you're most likely to find the people and interest you'll need for your type of racing. 👍
