Difference between driver and passenger seat.

Quick question...

I found a used racing seat I'd like to buy for my cockpit. The seller is only willing to part his pair of seats if I buy the passenger side seat.

Other than the location of the shifting lever, what is the difference between the two?
 
Go for it. Shouldn't be any difference. Racing seats don't often have "levers". They tend to be buckets.
