Difference between starting the championship instead of doing each race separately?

Hey everyone,

Is there any difference (both in A and B spec) between starting a championship and doing all the races at once and choosing each race separately? Don't you then get the money for winning the championship?

Yes, that's the difference... and the prize car you win the first time you win the championship.

If you do the races on their own and win them all, you get individual payout per race. If you do the championship you get the individual payout per race and the championship winning payout, a prize car and the trophy (not Psn) for winning the championship.
 
Well I do each individual race for a couple of reasons, one reason is for extra credits and XP and another reason is so I can get a feel for the race and see what car might be best for the race
