Difference in Car HP and PP

Specifically, the Chevrolet Camaro LM Race Car. I now have 2 of these. The one dated Jan 2012 has 592HP and 628PP. The one I received this evening for beating the current seasonal has 574HP with 623PP. Anyone know why this HP/PP difference is there? Both are currently 0/0/0 cars.

The one u got in January was I'm guessing a 0 mile OCD car.. They are broke in with 0 miles, gift ticket cars are not broke in with 0 miles

Don't recall what vector the January pixels came through, so no way to determine if your guess is, in fact, the case, but I suspect you're correct, since I was bspec grinding like mad at that time and buying everything in sight, OCD, NCD or UCD.
