Different speedos for different cars

As the list of cars available for GT4 grows maybe some effort should be spent in providing variations on the instruments for certain types of cars. I'm getting tired of driving the low spec road cars and then jumping into a track racer and having the same in car view. I'm not suggesting every car should have it's own version but maybe some digital, some analogue or even a mix of both. I feel this is main aspect that all the GT series fall down on.

Didn't the pc version of hot pursuit 2 have different speedoes and interiors for each car?In the ps2 version there is one race where you can see the interior of the 550 marenello(PAL).
 
That may be, but HP2 didn't have 500+ cars nor anything like the other features of GT, so they had space and power to render great dashboards and interiors.
 
I just wish the Polypony Digital Producers would design a seat veiw, so basically you could see from inside the car. That would completely be awesome! :)
 
why r we talking about need for speed in gt4 forum?
 
Because someone brought it up as another game that has good interiors for cars.

why the hell would u care about the interior?? i dont get u ppl are retarded, its a racing game, not a show game
 
I guess the gist is, GT is the 'Real Driving Simulator'. Dashboards and car interiors are part of 'Real Driving' and should thus be included in the game. Does that sum it up nicely for everyone?

Incidentally I don't really care whether they do or not, it's not high on my GT4 wishlist.
