Pal and US are not released yet. You are lucky to have GT4, i don't have money to buy. :(

I know its not out yet. I thought maybe someone might know. Oh Ryosuke_Gumna look around on ebay. i bought a mint used copy for only $30.

If someone knew about the differences, you think they would have mentioned it by now, eh? If it's not here already, it doesn't exist. Asking about it isn't going to make the information magically appear.

I doubt it. There's no point to change the cars. We might get an extra car instead of the nike car, but I doubt it highly.

I doubt we'll get the C6. Knowing PD and their lack of American cars at times will probably show that the C6 isn't making the NTSC cut. It didn't make it into the Japanese version, and usually, the Japanese version always has a little bit more cars than the US. 👎

They are removing all cars over 3 litres for the US version just to annoy the lot of you. The Dodge Charger is being left in tho', but it's engine has been changed to a 1.1 litre Diahatsu 3 cylinder diesel engine.

Yesterday, I read on another forum (I think it was xLink's) that a user noted different cars between the Japanese & Chinese versions.

We also need info about wether the Chinese version is compatible with the Japanese version. Ive heard some versions have exclusive cars, so that might make it incompatible.
italics mine

That's the only reference to car differences between versions in the XLink forums.

This is how rumours get started.

I think there will be differences like they did in GT3... I think the only difference will be the Formula 1 cars, I think they will keep the names in the F094/S format... But heck what do I know :D

My guess is there will be some car differences, just like GT2, where Nissan Skyline R33 LM is not available in US version but is available in JP version. OR they will completely discontinue version differences starting in GT4, we never know.

Well I certainly don't want to start any rumors, so perhaps it wasn't xLink's site (honestly, my memory on this is pretty vague - being that I was up all night).

Hopefully we'll have confirmation soon from someone with tangible proof. :)

SirWaWa
what dialect is the chinese version in?
canto or mand?
both?

Dialect? There is no vocal instruction in the Chinese version of GT4 like there is in the Japanese GT4P.

The Chinese version is in traditional Chinese if that is what you are asking (not sure if that is the case for PRC though).

Well, I wonder about one thing...

Since january 1st, Daewoo doesn't exsist in the netherlands (don't know about other european countries tho).
It's all labelled chevrolet now.

So you can buy a chevy matiz :P

But... will this be also in the game?
If the change of name is only done in holland, they would not change it ofcourse.
But if in whole EU daewoo is now called Chevy, they might change it.
I think :)
