Dirt 1 brake not working properly

I had this working before, not sure whats up now. Reinstalled the game, and the brake for my fanatec wheel/pedals gets stuck in 100%. It needs to be inverted. When i assign the control, it puts it to Upper Axis Z (or something similar to that name).

Any ideas?
 
Well after trying the latest firmware/driver and having no luck. reverted back. then decided to have a look at the wires on the pedals as i had just moved, and the problem occured since i got to my place. everything looked intact, wiggled them a bit. also plugged the cable back into the pedals. something there did the trick, it was being picked up properly in the game.

in the fanatec driver page, it was also going to 50% before, now 100%
